Easy to join but difficult to cancel

Have a tracking unit contract with you guys but now that the car is sold, am struggling to get hold of you, because once the call is transferred to cancellation department, no one picks up the call until the air time finish, then I'll have to start again , I have also send an mail and a case was created but no call or communication as yet, all I need to know is my contract terminated or is the any fee I'll need to pay to get it cancelled.
