Draining and bad service

I had my unit with you guys since 2018. In May this year i sent a cancelation request and a consultant called me to confirm the cancelation. She then advised that June would be my notice period month fair enough. Since a debit was due in May i then asked her if her if that debit is for June and she agreed and advised that no further debits will go off. To my surprise a debit went through in June which I reversed. I then received a call to make a payment which I explained to them what happened. I asked to speak to a manager and was was advised they would call me back till date nothing. Today another consultant called and when I asked for a manager she hung up. I called back and now the consultant told me it hasn't been canceled she will put me through to the cancelations manager and still the call cut. Like such service is really draining to say the least I'm really tired of this back and forth 🚮🚮
