Double debits

Please whatever you do, don't even think about getting matrix has your tracking company. Read the reviews and social media pages you will find out why.There is no help from anyone. Once you sign, your in hell. I renewed my contract with them in March 2023 has previously I had a 3yr contract which was paid once off. The dealership had done everything. So my first payment was fine and the second they double debited for 2 months which is clear and made sense, but now my June invoice also shows 2 debits will he going out as if I have 2 devices. I called them and explained to them what's going on and they assured me that only one debit will be going out. I'm not jumping the gun here for all I know they are going to double debit me again and I have to call to rectify this issue because there's a bunch of *********** staff who does not know how to read tax invoices nor understood what I was telling them. If you see the social media pages alot of people are being double debited! People who have canceled are still paying premiums. It's a nightmare. Stay away. Logged the case on email and sent my details therr was no callback from them. They blocked me from their fb page as well.
