Double Debit on my Account

Im so disappointed with your Account department, since they double debit on my account on February 2023, i called in to enquire they promised to refund me, i waited the whole of March for my refund to this day, we are on April 2023 still waiting for refund, Matrix is nothing but a day light ******* , i cannot recommend you to anyone, i just wanna cancel my contract with you, i have spent more than what im claiming on buying airtime to call you every week, im so disappointed
