Double debit

I missed a payment for my tracking system for April but made payment in the 5th of May of R425 to cover for April and May as my installment is R199 per month, But Matrix still debited for May again of wh8ch I reversed because I had already made the payment for May, but now I'm getting SMS's that I my next debit will be R425 of which I don't understand. This isn't the 1st this is happening.
