Double debit
I was double debited and requested Mix Telematics to reverse the debit. They told me about a lengthy process that will take 30 days before they could reverse the debit. Why is it right when they ***** from me. I did not budget for additional debit. The money they extra charged is budgeted for other financial commitments. This is unacceptable and inconvenience.
