Don't use this company no matter how much Outsurance reduces your premium
It has been 5 months since trying to cancel this useless service. I sold my car with a tracker provided by Mix and am still paying for it. I have sent multiple emails and requested someone to reach out to me to cancel this subscription. This is the worst customer service I have ever received and urge anyone to stay as far way as possible from this company. If an agent could reach out to me to maybe assist i will be eternally grateful, as I want to gouge my eyes out every month when they debit my account for a car that I do not own!!!!!!!!!!!!!
