DON;T USE MIXTELEMATICS - MATRIX !!!!!

They don't even deserve the one star but, Hello Peter doesn't allow you to go further without putting someThing there.

I have complained numerous times aBout them on Hello Peter. The last time I actually received a call from Claudia. We have an agreement in place but, alas to no surprise I am being harrased by them for a payment that I can prove went off my bank account and get threatrs of extra costs being added - never mind that they have been charging me for services I requested a long time ago to cancel and am being forced to pay. Seriously these people are ridiculous!!

When I asked the person if they can see that I have an agreement with Claudisa and that my contract is to be cancelled the person had no clue.

People a HUGE warning - NEVER NEVER use them!!! It will be a HUGE HUGE mistake!!! I have spoken to numerous people who have the same problems I have.

There is absolutely NO customer service in any part of that business. No responcse or help with your issues, the list goes on and on and on.
