Dont Trust Them
<p>So today I was supposed to get my unit replaced as they told me the last time it picked up my location was about 3weeks ago..<br />I scheduled an appointment and they gave me a case number.</p> <p> </p> <p>So today, the day the appointment was schedualed for I get to Tiger Wheel & Tire where I booked, gave them my case number and they couldnt find it on the system.<br />I phoned the company and after holding for 20min was told that the people that deal with that stuff didnt come to work today.<br />Now I wasted a day of my leave firstly..<br /><br />And the WORST part, I asked them, if my vehical got ****** today, would they be able to track it, and I was told NO..<br />This made me decide to cancel the tracking unit as it then just seems pointless.<br />I will find a company that knows what they are doing..<br />And also the mobile application for Beame looks like it was designed by a child.<br />I will NEVER ever reccomend them to anyone..<br />They are cheap but I guess you get what you pay for, absoulutely NOTHING!</p>
