Don't touch Matrix!!!!!!

This is a "hard sell" company and they are relentless with their marketing phone calls. It is another story entirely once you avail of their offering. After sales service in non existent. Their phones are not answered and email complaints are met with an automated response with no follow up. Our panic button is not working which in my opinion. is a critical problem. I am not prepared to pay for a protection service that is non existent. I have cancelled my contract with them but hold out no hope that they will comply with my request.
