Don't ever open a Beame Mix Telematics account

Don't ever deal with this company. They did not respond to several requests I sent to cancel my account which meant I had to keep paying. The call centre staff are rude and unhelpful.

As a customer, I had no other alternative to cancel my direct debit because they just would not cancel the direct debit on their side.

When I cancelled my direct debit, they then started to send me threatening emails.

I am still receiving accounts from them even though the account was closed months ago.

Nasty company! The worst customer care I have ever experienced!

We would like to state for the record that the cancellation of your agreement does not absolve you of the associated notice period as agreed to by you in the standard terms and conditions.

We confirm that the outstanding amount was paid on 05 March 2020 and the account terminated.
