Don't ever consider using Matrix by Mix Telematics

Your best solution would be to never use this company. I have been unable to cancel my debit order since selling my car a few months back. 1. It's impossible to reach someone in a call centre. The call centre lines don't work, or it disconnects, or there is simply no answer. 2. There is no response to any of the emails sent - although their sales force ticking system issues a reference number. 3. They are still debiting my account after many attempts to cancel the debit order.
