Don't do business with MiX Telematics(matrix beame)they will ***** from you

I have canceled my contract (ref 864795) with MiX Telematics (matrix beame) last year October that is 2022 then they decided to ignore my cancellation and all efforts i made to contact them via calls, emails etc and continued to debit my bank account then finally in January 2022 they sent me a cancellation settlement amount which I fully paid in January 2023 thinking finally they have come to their senses but to my surprise they then began again in May 2023 to debit my bank account , I then i stopped the debits and contacted them but they just carried on even going as far as to threaten me saying i owe them which is false then i decided to take them to lawyers so they now ignore the lawyers communication and still debit my bank account using different reference numbers which I off course stopped over and over again so I just want to warn those who consider doing business with MiX Telematics to stay away, they are ****** they will try to ***** from you and will cost you money. The funny part is they are able to call you to threaten you but will act like they don't see all the email communication you have sent to them over and over again.
