DONT DO BUSINESS WITH MIX TELEMATICS
I have had a Matrix Tracking device for +- 20 years on various vehicles I have owned. Their service has been on a steady decline. I requested that they cancel my subscription (no contract as I paid cash for the device). I requested that they cancel my subscription, and they insisted on 30 days cancellation which I dually paid. However, they have still debited my account. They are absolutely impossible to deal with, their service is nonexistent. All my requests have landed on deaf ears. If you are shopping for a tracking device don't consider them - they are too terrible.
