Don’t consider this company

I reported a vehicle as stole and the consultant was telling me they ll charge me an amount for when the reaction team leave the base till they found the vehicle. Mind you it was a bike, I have a VW that has their tracker, they failed to recover a bike what about a VW polo??? I cancelled and they still want me to pay a cancellation fee.
