DON'T BE A NUISANCE - YOU'RE JUST THE CUSTOMER...

Perhaps Mr Stefan Joselowitz should start taking an interest as his corporate reputation is shot. Mix Telematics is definitely not serving its customers - and a business who does not service its customers will be on the loosing end. I have received numerous smses threatening to hand me over, blacklisting and so forth, I have sent numerous emails informing them of their administrative error. I have emailed them the mail thread over and over. I've received replies that the "error" has been corrected - but we are in a loop. It just seems like they are a shambles. I couldn't be bothered to continue to remain in a relationship with a business that obviously isn't in it to serve their customers properly and efficiently.
