Don't depend on tracking history to help you in your legal case

<p>Last year my vehicle broke down, 3 months after purchasing it from the dealer. 10 months later I try and pull a full position report to prove to Ombudsman that I did not have any repairs done. Apparently I cannot get any information older than 6 months. Since my unit is MX2 it is almost impossible. </p> <p> </p> <p>I cannot believe history is deleted. This information is now impreitive to me having the case ruled in my favour. </p> <p> </p> <p>I cannot imagine if this was something else, with our courts and processes in SA being so slow, the court would rule in the ********* favour because Matrix cannot offer positions.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am now even told "But tracking companies won't delete data after 6 months". Well I guess they haven't dealt with Matrix because Matrix does. </p> <p> </p> <p>I would even offer to pay for the report because it will save me thousands of rands, but again, impossible with deleted data! DELETED?!?! No ways!</p>
