Does not stick to the agreement

I signed up with Mix Telematics and when I signed I specifically mentioned that I do not want any sms notification when am in the danger zone but would like to be sure that they will call every time am in the danger zone.

To my surprise I received an sms when I wanted to test their system, I called them a couple of times and was told everytime that the manager is the one who changed it and they are not available, emails sent with no response.

I am still struggling to change them to calls as I need to be aware of the zones and if something happens to me how will they assist if they keep sending sms and not calling. They have failed to honor the agreement on what I specifically asked. I have since been waiting for Kamogelo Mogaki with the escalation feedback but no luck.

It's like a ****, they sell you something that they are not going to fulfill in their contract.
