Does not pay back money / no service
Please can someone assist as no one replies at Mix telematics. I had to pay a penalty of early cancellation as the contract states of R299. It was arranged that I only have to pay R199, but I already made a payment. So for months I have been asking for assistance to get The R100 back that was promised with the R60 debit that went wrongly off after my cancellation? Can someone please assist with this regards as your staff simply does not respond on emails for very long periods. I do have an email track list of the whole conversation, but not the telephonic conversations. PLEASE PLEASE Assist.....
