Does Matrix still exist as they are non-responsive but gladly takes your money?

I have purchased the MX2 device and selected Tuff Tint Pretoria for the installation, only to find out that they are no longer permitted to install any Matrix devices after receiving confirmation from Matrix that I should go to them. I have called Matrix on *** for several days now without any consultant answering the phone or getting back to me. As a tracking company, it is worrying that neither existing or potential customers can get hold of you, your website is outdated with regards to fitment centers and your communication with customers are lacking. What I am supposed to do now? If this is not sorted out soon please cancel my policy and refund me. Really pathetic!
