DO YOUR JOB MIX TELEMATICS - USELESS COMPANY
This is the worst service ever. USELESS PEOPLE. I paid and closed my account on June 25 2022 and was told that a letter will be sent to me by the 1st of July. But I did not get anything. I called the company over 50 times requesting that my account closure letter be sent and that this is removed from my credit record but to no avail. At most times when you call this company you will be waiting in line for over 2hours!
YOUR SERVICE IS RIDICULOUS! Your staff and company is a disgrace. I WANT MIX TELEMATICS TO BE REMOVED FROM MY CREDIT RECORD WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT.
