DO NOT WANT TO UPDATE CUSTOMER CREDIT PROFILE & RUDE SERVICE
I pay my account on the 12th of December 2023 for (Dec 2023 & Jan 2024 in advanve) & the payments department do not want to assist with the credit Bereau updates on my account status.
Lethlogonolo Phalatse & Barry Smith who are managers at Mix Telematics do not want assist. The former doesn't want to take my calls, keeps ducking & and diving & the latter is condescending & rude to say the least.
This is the reality of how Mix Telematics staff treat their customers without wanting to understand the full story of what customers truly need.
I urge whoever is looking for a tracking company to AVOID SUBSCRIBING TO THIS COMPANY ALL TOGETHER!!
