Do not use MiX Telematics Africa
I am seriously disappointed in this ****en **** company.
How is my account in areas while we agreed on them debiting me at the end of the month? I had money in my account when the debit date but they did not take it, why ?
And now I send them 10 emails I call them until R100 airtime finishes, I can’t get anyone to assist me

I was on a phone call for almost an hour arguing about why my account was not debited while it had money on the debit day, she said that they only debited what is agreed on. Fine I get that but now, as far as I know, the lady that assisted me with the towing, told me that the extra amount for towing will be added to my monthly bill and my monthly bill as far as I know is........debited, now they say I must pay manually as if I was told that I must pay manually while we agreed on them debiting

Stating that I will only communicate with you guys via email cause now your agents are giving me a runaround and they are misleading me as a customer they do not sound like they know what they are doing and when I ask for the phone call recording, their refusing to give me the recording and I want to use the phone call recordings as proof who said what but you guys do not want to, so that is why I want to communicate with via email so that I can have proof
