Do not use mix Telematics

Do not use Mix Telematics. Mix Telematics duplicated one vehicle after my mix Telematics account was canceled with immediate effect. I had 2 caddy bakies an amarok and motorcycle with them. 1st the motorcycle units battery died they replaced it 2nd amarok panic button wasnt working they fixed it 3rd the main problem the white caddy unit died. They came to repair it. It didn't work for longer than a week. Then i asked to install a new unit because i was paying for something i cant use. Then they came to install a unit but here they got everything wrong. They wanted to install the new unit in the red caddy and not the white one. I told them they have it wrong. The white caddys unit is faulty. So they installed the unit in the white caddy. They then removed the white caddy and duplicated the red caddy. I tried for weeks for them to fix the problem they failed. Then they canceled all my units as i requested and were agreed apon and reloaded the white caddy and wanted to charge me for the white caddy now they loaded me on credit Bureaus. When they canceled my amarok my red caddy and bike they didnt cancel the white caddy they then loaded after everything was canceled. I have tried to resolve the problem but it is like the people are either *********** or dont understand i canceled everything at the same time. If they can't resolve it I will have to go see my lawyer Ref numbers 891073
