Do not use Matrix vehicle tracking!!

The worst mistake of my life was using them as an insurance, I had insured my car with them last year November is asked them to cancel my insurance I paid their ‘closing off’ amount please tell me why I’m still being debited till today? Worse they harass me with their call an when I told the call center agents that I asked for cancellation they tell me they see it on the system an it will be escalated to the revelant department.😡😡😡 worst services
