DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!! TRASH SERVICE!
Bathong mix telematics, it's been 4 weeks if not more and my issue is not resolved... still getting zero replies on emails sent still empty words from past phone calls and no action. Got an sms this morning stating that I have a missed debit order, yet I've never missed a payment... even with that you fail to solve issues logged my customers.
Your customer service is absolute trash. Just nonsense! Now I'm sitting here paying for a service I have no access to simply because of failure to actually be bothered about customers concerns, dishonesty and lack of transparency.
