Do not sign up! Save yourself the headache.

I called the call center prior to selling my car in July 2016, enquiring: "I'm going to sell my car, what do I need to do to cancel the tracker" The call agent said: "Simply send us an email stating your vehicle details, your number plate and your contact number" I then asked: "Is that all? Will I be debited for the coming month?" The agent said: "No sir, you need only send the email. And we will take it from there."

I sent the email. No response. I called in again. They said they received the email, no response afterwards. I sold the car. 3 months later I received a call stating I owe R1400. I told them this was never communicated to me on my initial cancellation call. They should audit the call I had made. Again no response. They try to debit I reverse the debit outright. Now I'm getting calls from debt collectors stating I owe R2800. Yet they do not even appear on my Credit report as a debtor. Please do not sign up with Matrix as they will make up all types of excuses and will not even review their calls when they have made a mistake!
