Do not join Matrix tracker, they are rude and will **** you

I sold my car because m no longer employed and called Matrix to let them know and to cancel the tracker since I no longer own the car. Our agreement was R89 a month, they tell I need to pay R1000 to cancel. I asked for what because it was not a contract, she tells me it was a contract which I was not aware of , and there was no contract sent to me and I was not told about when I took the tracker. I told her I don’t have the money, she tells me that well we will hand over your account and update it in the credit bureau and they will arrest me for not paying for tracker for a car I no longer own. The lady was rude to me.
