Do not join Matrix car tracker!!!!

Ive never experience such!!! Matrix is the worst company you could ever do business with. I have been writing a cancellation email and called them several times. My contract ended with them so i was on month to month with them and cancelled it before 30 days with them. I had an amount of R567 with them after i wrote an email and cancelled our month to month they kept harassing me calling me non stop until they handed over my account. Okay what i did was i paid them i still have proof now whats happening they still sending me sms’s saying i owe them and theyve handed over my account so now i call the call centre the lady assisting me says shes not aware of that amount i owe them R283 for what now???? Why am i still owing why are they still debting???? The cancellation email clearly they dont attend them
