DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY
I am a customer to Mix Telematics and they are not resolving my enquiry of over charging me. This company have debited my account for the car I do not own or entered in contract with them. Think of it, since December 2021 they are investigating. The answer I always get is, we are going to call you back after talking to the investigator. This week I just found out the investigator has resigned now there is a new investigator looking into the matter. The last call I received was you will refunded in two weeks and that was in July 2022.
