The worst car tracking company.

I got my tracking device installed on the 18the of July and on the day that it was getting installed I received a call from their agents telling me they are replying to the panic alert button I pressed (well that is the last time I received any call from them even when I press the panic button). A few weeks later, I called them because I was pressing the panic button with no response and the person I was transferred to told me that they had logged a call for my tracking unit to be checked out and in the mean time she will reboot it. Since then, I received no contact from them and I continued to press the panic button and still no contact from them. This past Saturday, I drove to Lesotho and all I received was a text message saying my vehicle was close to the boarder but still no contact to me or my next of keen to check if all was well.
