Do away with this useless company

This has to be the worst tracking company in south africa I have been trying to cancel contract with this clowns for over a year now, they told me to send email, they never respond your emails 1. You call customer care they hang up on you 2. Their stupid remote of road assist and panick button does not work, I was stranded one day I pressed the stupid buttons no one called me or anything which is why I opted to cancel the stupid contract 3. They finally responded my email but they are telling me I must pay about 6k to cancel contract by the 25th , nonsense
