Distasteful business practice

I have had this tracker installed with beame for about 5 years. I have surpassed the contractual period and I am on a month to month. The vehicle was sold and I sent through an email requesting the subscription be canceled and the unit deactivated. I then received an email response saying as per our telephonic discussion and because of my contract the unit and subscription will be terminated after a month. Firstly no one called me at anytime whatsoever and there is no contract I am on a month to month basis. On top of this a debit order went off on the same evening being the 23rd. 8 days prior to my set debit order date. Why the hell does this company think its OK just to debit my account on a date thats not even due and on top of that falsely say that we discussed this matter. So ****ed off
