Dissapointing Beame by Matrix!
very dissapointed in the "no service" received at all You end up going around in circles with thecall centre agents i have an oustanding query going back a year. if you get a response on email its already so late the new month has passed and you promptly get the next invoice ! there is no delay with accounts but very delayed part with queries and emails
please can someone higher get back to me
