Dishonest marketing tactics.
Mix Telematics contacted me in 2022 under false pretenses. They told me that they are affiliated with tracker and was offering me an upgrade on my tracker installation and offering me free installation for any other cars I had. They had all my details, so I had no reason to suspect their ploy to gain a new customer. They visited me at my work place and did the installation. I then realised a few months later that I was being billed by Tracker and Mix Telematics. I emailed them several times and no one has gotten back to me. I then requested a cancellation and they are charging me to cancel. I have no faith in a company who deceives their potential clients.
