Your last reply is false, instead of doing what is said below on your last email.
You chose to embarrassed my partner adding onto the mass you created when they failed to tell us that we have been paying for a service that doesn't exist, yet it was sold to us by your agent.
Moreover you can't seem to find my call recordings, which is very convenient for the. You are able to find recordings for Nomfundo my partner but none of mine which have all the information we need to end this.
I WANT TO SPEAK TO YOUR CEO TEAM, I HAVE BEEN ASKING FOR A COMPLAINT REFERENCE AND STILL NOTHING. I AM YET TO EVEN SPEAK TO A MANAGER THAT CAN RESOLVE THIS.

The matter has been looked into, and according to the correspondence, the contract has been terminated with no settlement fee; however, the account holder is still responsible for the arrears amount in order to bring the account upto date.
