Dishonest and Completely Gross Business Ethics

Wow, and still they carry on with their dishonest practices... Again they sent me a mail claiming that we had a conversation about some kind of payment arrangement? This payment is an ******** allocation to my name as I have already cancelled the policy after an accident at which my vehicle was written off and yet they did not acknowledge my cancellation they only paid attention to it 2 months after and subsequently added fees to my account which they should not have done in the first place.. Not only do I not even have that phone or number anymore they claim this conversation happened on as my phone was damaged in the accident but I never had a conversation with them like that ever - this is the second time they do this. People please read the reviews of this company first before deciding to cause yourself pain and frustration doing business with these ********* and down right dishonest people . I am so disappointed in myself to have agreed to do business with them because now I have suffered even more after a great loss and traumatic experience and they just add on even more dirt to the pile and caused my credit score to be affected negatively because of THEIR dishonesty! Thank you MiX Telematics - for nothing - for added pain and frustration. Your Dishonest practice is one for the books.
