Disgusting- unprofessional Service

Few months back I received a call from matrix to upgrade my tracking device. On the 3rd of July I went to matrix to fit the new tracker and the agent confirmed that I will only pay R99.00 per month and it will only increase the following year .The following day after the upgrade I received an email from matrix that says my subscription fee will be 125 per month. I called matrix the same day and they said that the people who are dealing with accounts are only working Monday to Friday . I waited till Monday to call them again and they told me that they still need to verify and they will call me back within 48hours and then I decided to call them again after 48hrs and that's when they acknowledged their mistake . Few days before my debit order went through I called matrix just to verify my monthly fee and I found that it was still R125.00 and the lady that I spoke to said that it will run as R99.00 but to my surprise today they took 181.53 . I am so disappointed on how they operate and surely now, it is clearly the right time I look for a new tracking device because they are quick in looking for clients but bad in delivering the service. I CAN'T DEAL WITH HIDDEN COSTS+ POOR SERVICE
