Disgusting Services - Mix Telematics - Account Number 548543
<p>In October 2016 I called Mix Telematics and requested my contract be cancelled with immediate effect, I was requested to send through an email to this effect to Canncelations, done. To date 6 months later my account is still being debited. I called in today again after having a major fight with them in December requesting a refund but to date not a single call. This morning 03/04/2017 when I called i am told yes they see my cancellation letter and also see the payments but the need accounts to correct this. after sitting 16 mkinutes on the phone no one answers and it is 8.23am!!!!!!!!!! Disgusting services, I will take this up further as i would need a 6 month refund plus R150.00 a time for unpaid charges to my account!!!</p>

I refer to your telephonic discussion with our Customer Retentions Department and confirm the settlement amount payable for the early termination of the agreement will again be forwarded to you
Once payment is received, the agreement will be terminated and confirmation sent to you.

AFter my complaint I received one call from Julia Mohale on the 04/04, and also an email stating she will give me final results of my complaint before 10am ....6 DAYS LATER and GUESS What, same pathetic service. I WANT my refund and them to cancel my account whcih was to be done 6 months ago, wheres the customer services????
