Disgusting service no matter what!
Once again, Matrix has double debited, has not responded to my emails and cant get through on their customer service line! What happened to service delivery!! Can't get out of a contract that doesn't offer a service! Referred to use the self-service bot which is a load of *******. Sends me back to emailing and calling the call center!! Disgusting service and communication!
