DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!!! EFFICIENCY DOES NOT EXIST IN YOUR COMPANY!

I have been a long standing client with Matrix tracking, had an account sold my vehicle, re-opened an account last year February for another vehicle. In April this year the vehicle was sold, the new owner asked to take over the existing contract. I contacted Mix Telematics, eventually spoke to a consultant in the customer service department, asked me for the new owners contact details. 5 months down the line still nothing has been done! The new owner completed the necessary documents and sent them in, nothing has been done. Repeat emails sent, no reply, I eventually stopped the debit orders, which seem to caught their attention. Phone calls about payments being behind, explained the situation to every consultant that calls, they apologise and next day or two the same! They will always follow up but nothing is ever done! Mix Telematics / Matrix your service is absolutely shocking to say the least, your customer care number almost never works, it rings constantly, call the accounts department, oh no sorry they don't work with that we will transfer you to customer service, wait for ever and then the call either gets cut off or they ask for the new owners contact details!

GET THIS SORTED ASAP, BECAUSE I DO NOT APPRECIATE THREATNING SMS'S ABOUT MY ACCOUNT WILL BE HANDED OVER FOR LEGAL ACTION!
