Disgusting service. DO NOT GO FOR MIXTELEMATICS !!!

In September 2017, I bought a new vehicle from Jeep. I was with Mixtelematics and decided to stay with them with the new vehicle. Almost 6 months later I realized that I was paying for the old one and the new one. I communicated with some lady (Dumelo?) from "cancellations". She was absolutely terrible with me in terms of customer service and communication (i.e.: never coming back to me after promising she would). I was then put in contact with another person (Lesego Mokone), I sent proofs from Jeep that they did send MT a cancellation notification for the old vehicle. And even with those proofs they still haven't agreed to reimburse me, and of course she also did not come back to me after promising to do so. Then because of the bad service received so far, I decided (end of March) to cancel my contract on the new vehicle, and I notified them. I got an email saying that I must pay R900 for cancelling. I phone someone and said that I took a month to month contract which does not have a penalty when terminating it. That was the last I heard from them. After the 30 days notification and one more debit order deduction I cancelled the debit order and then in May I get a sms saying that I owe them money now as they did not proceed with the cancellation and every month they try to debit more. I wrote to their "debtors" department, I never got a reply (as usual) and then In June and July I get a company (ssda) that they used to collect debts calling me and sending me sms to get money from me. But still no one from MT is contacting me to try resolving this issue. I am prepared to go to court but in the mean time it's so stressful having to deal with a company that is so useless. That why I warn you customers, rather go to another company for that same service!
