DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!!!

This is the worse company I have ever dealt with!!!

I canceled my service with them THREE years ago, obviously they didn't cancel it on their end so they continued to bill me obviously I didn't pay the account cos to my understanding I canceled.

They have listed my account on my credit profile which had such a negative impact on my credit score and profile, I then took this up with them they sent a email to say my account has been canceled with immediate effect only to receive a invoice the very next month.

So here I am sitting with a bad credit report and still being billed for a service I canceled and a useless company that refuses to feedback on the thousands of emails I sent them!!!!!

I would NEVER recommend anyone to this company and I will strongly advise anyone that uses them to be careful especially with their billing!!!!!
