Disgusting Service by BEAme and Matrix car tracking
My wife and I both have devices which we installed by your company.
Mine is for HL 7444 Z GP unit number ***4 Audi Q3 White ....Unit not registering at all ( Installed in 2018) reported several times to your customer care mail, no response at all. Case Number Logged ***2
Hers HR 92 VP GP Audi Coupe White 2 Litr Sedan .Battery needs to be replaced.Unit Installed in 2018 reported by phone three times , no response from technicians at all .
Therefore both units not working at all but payments are processed every month which is absolutely shocking
Both vehicles stored and parked at : #2 Saint Andrews Close , The Glades Village, Dainfern Golf Estate , 2055 which is in Santon/ Fourways area.
After several calls and several notifications on your apps no response
I am absolutely disgusted paying diligently for a service which not working at all One star is actually a compliment as your service and customer are does not even deserve a star
