🤮 Disgusting service and poor customer relations🤮

It's very unfortunate that I have to rate this company and give the 1 star, Hello Peter can we go below that please they don't even deserve even 1 star.

I wrong a review about the problems I was having with matrix, soon a lady by the name Claudia Abraham called me, I was frustrated to tell my story again whereas I went to their offices in midrand, but I composed myself, I repeated the story, she called the following day requesting further information, I gave her all she needed.

I had so much faith she would try and resolve my issue but the company standards infected her, from then she has been very quiet, even today no communication whatsoever, the reviews we write do nothing to them, they literally risk with our lives to make a quick buck the very money we work hard for.

I still edge people don't you dare associate yourself with this company. I would encourage every complainant that we start a class action against this company because of you fight alone it won't help and legally fight them.

Yesterday a lady from accounts called me to tell me to pay and already they have messed up my credit score.

I trusted the lady with all my heart she sounded so sincere. I am highly disappointed.
