DISGUSTING SERVICE
<p>I have been trying to get hold of ANYONE at this **** company - I was contacted in May to say that my tracker was not working. I assumed (so silly of me) that it was my tracker company that I joined when I bought my car last year, but alas, there are such snakes out there arent there.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now I find out that I have two tracking devices in my car (SERIOUSLY!!) and Mix telematics just kindly debit my account every month (would like to know where they got my banking details from).</p> <p> </p> <p>Now for the last 40 minutes i have been holding on to try and sort this out, but nobody seems to know where Sibogazi or Elaine Erasmus are - so convenient.</p>
