DISGUSTING NON-SERVICE.

I have now sent FIVE e-mails to BEAME/Mix Telematics to query why there would be an additional R200 charge for them to do the renewal of my vehicle licence disc. I took out the value added service at R44.85 per month and was told that they would do the disc but no mention was made that, even though I pay this monthly additional amount there would be MORE MORE TO PAY for them to do the renewal. Obviously I know that I would have to pay them for the actual disc but this is an EXTRA AMOUNT. Andre asked me to send a copy of my disc so that he could look into it. I have heard ABSOLUTELY NOTHING further since 11 April. I have now REQUESTED CANCELLATION OF THIS SERVICE GIVING THE REQUIRED 20 WORKING DAYS NOTICE and REDUCTION OF MY MONTHLY DEBIT ORDER. NO REPONSE YET AGAIN. COME ON MIX TELEMATICS WHAT IS GOING ON. THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO TREAT YOUR CLIENTS OR TO KEEP LONG TERM CLIENTS.
