Disgusting Matrix car tracker

I am really disgusted by Matrix car tracker. Yesterday our van battery was ******. No one called to alert us of it being disconnected. Today my husband has been calling them since 08:20am, they played hide and seek with him for the whole 4 hours promising to check with the controllers and call him back. I had to call and give them piece of mind and that's when some lady called him and told him about a so called "power down system alert" that he didn't choose to include in his package. I mean the sales agent didn't bother explaining the optional features it's only now that they explaining the power down system nonsense. I don't even understand how is this "power down system alert" optional because car batteries are ****** day in and day out. I don't trust them anymore because it's means one day our van will be ****** and they will tell us we didn't include the recovery option in our package.
