Disgusting Customer Service and Product delivery

I don't even want to give Matrix one start. Their service has been so poor after installing my unit.

I have been trying to get hold of them, through email, there's no answer on the call center number, and the bot is ineffective.

I eventually received an email from a agent and received such rude responses to my query, no answer was given as to why I am being billed double I'm just told "The total is R368.02 as it included the current months bill. Bill run cycle is around 25th, that is when you will receive an updated invoice. For now I do not know how much your new premium is , only after the bill run." "I honestly don't know how to explain anymore"

Their agents need to learn to deal with clients and understand their product better.

Absolutely appalled by their service !! I asked to be referred to someone that can handle my query correctly and I was told "You can gladly call the customer service department on ***."

No escalation at all!! I then get a call on Saturday from an agent that doesn't know why she is calling me!!
