DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE
I sold my car in June and sent a cancelation letter to mixtelematics and till date my insurance is jot called. I have repeatedly called the cancelation department and sent numerous emails and the problem is still not resolved. I have 8 case number from them. Till date no one has called me to assist regarding this matter. Today I get an email stating that my account will be handed over for non payment after I reversed their debit order. 🙃
